Harmonization of site
We're going to clarify the product, the exit plan and the size of the space, looking at the design of the workshop, the working areas, the approach and the limits of the site.
Equipment and logistics
Selecting machines and determining the sequence of operations; considering the location of equipment, the movement of the production and final products, storage areas and priorities for the execution of tasks.
Training of workshops and communications
Based on the composition of the equipment and the production route, we agree on engineering networks: power supply, compressed air and other necessary communications, defining requirements for the preparation of premises and workplaces.
Delivery of equipment
We'll arrange for the equipment to be delivered to production, and we'll agree on complete handling, site movement and installation.
Punctuation and training
Set up the equipment and check the work on the agreed tasks, train operators to handle machines, re-engineering and basic service procedures.
Automation and support
We agree on processing programmes, assignment of tasks, and the connection of equipment to the ERP systems of the client. Plans are under way for further development of the site.
