What are we doing
In the NOVA Plus line, we take into account the characteristics of Russian systems: processing and sawing centres, waste machines have been tested on TATPROF, Aluteh, Realit, SIAL, Alumarck and Alrocks.
We're going to work on the design and set up for products, operations, planned output and conditions of the workshop.
What are we doing
For automation models, work with IT Windows and Super-Ogons: processing, unloading and assignment of production tasks.
For compatible piling centres, it is possible to integrate with LogiKal from ORGADATA. The format of the exchange and the possibilities are checked for the selected model.
Further details on automation ♪The NOVA Plus range uses Schneider Electric and ABB electrical components. Control systems and components are selected for the tasks of each machine.
Component selection depends on the model and agreed configuration.
Depending on the machine model, we use OLI or Hiteco motors and spindle units, or quality Chinese alternatives. The configuration is selected for the machining mode and required operations.
Servo systems use Yaskawa, Schneider Electric or quality Chinese alternatives, depending on the machine model. Drives are selected for the axes and production tasks.

Provide technical support, post-insurance services and expanded guarantee programmes.
In remote access models, we connect to the control system for settings and diagnostics. This accelerates service questions and helps reduce the costs of specialist visits. Remote launch and ballast are available as a separate option.
We maintain our own spare parts stock in Russia and promptly arrange delivery of the required parts.
