Programmatic control of nine axles for the assembly of aluminium window and door corners.
The automatic configuration of the workstations and memory in more than 100 profiles accelerate re-engineering.
The position of the knives, the depth of the pressure and the speed of delivery are set through a sensor screen.
The main drive is running without hydraulics, the profile is being checked with a pneumatic clamp.
The reading of barcodes and QR codes is maintained.
The maximum section height is 180 mm.
