Open aluminum windows, doors and facade profiles to the specified length and angle.
The CNC automatically sets the cut angle between 22° and 157,5°.
Two sawheads with discs of > 600 mm and engines of 3 kW allow for the processing of section profiles up to 200×270 mm.
The cutting length is up to 4450 mm; for interception handling, up to 8000 mm.
Three pneumatic automatic thrusters are part of the machine.
The machine is assembled by a printer and scanner.
Mobile protective enclosures protect the working areas of the piling heads.
