Description
Combination longitudinal and transversal cornering of aluminium and other non-ferrous metal profiles.
Five servo motors control movements. Two sawing heads with separate engines operate independently or simultaneously, cutting for the specified length and angle per passage.
Slope towels: 45-90 degrees.
A big screen and Xinje Systems. The downloading of tasks from text files allows you to transmit data from the user ' s ERP programs.
Automatic delivery and interception of profile, residual control and minimum sawing regime.
Automatically lifting and lowering protective barriers: Two fixed pillars maintain a long profile; the piling heads are equipped with pneumatic vertical supports.
Disk liquid cooling system, prune collection and automatic lubricating.
Compilation and Options
Commencing: auto delivery, interception, two sawing heads, two engines, five servo motors, two fixed thrusters, profile clamps and disc control.
