Five servo-drives control the movement of three axles, a bend of a saw knot and positioning of an accent.
The selection of pre-prepared sensor screen software allows automatic processing and rapid change of profiles.
The automatic setting of the pillow node angle and digital indication of the angle allow complex end connections to be processed.
A rigid weld, precise linear directional transmission and balloon-winter transmission ensure stable supply.
The two vertical pneumatic restraints hold the load; the force is adjusted.
Spraying of lubricant coolant during cutting; automatic head return after cycle completion.
