Double-level CNC four-corner welding machine for PVC windows and doors
Description
A two-tiered design for the simultaneous quadrilateral welding of two rectangular PVC frames.
Using artificial plates, four low profile bars per cycle can be welded.
Phased discharge: The transport table delivers welded goods to the location of manual disposal.
The sensor screen, the CNC system and servo drive are automatically controlled by welding and displacement of frames.
The X and Y axles are driven by precision ball-to-winter transmissions; they are moved by high precision linear guidance.
Replacement welder from thermally processed alloy; standardized design facilitates replacement.
A rigid string made of a welded thick rectangular pipe ensures stability and resistance to deformation.
