Description
The automatic three-bilter machine with four scrubbing heads combines the dimness of the edge, the lower edge and the removal of the Low-E coating. The Integrated Siemens controller is simple to control and does not require a zero return. The sensor interface, the four connected axles and automatic dimensional recognition provide accuracy and high productivity. The design is designed for energy saving and automation.
The different sizes and thicknesses are applied consecutively without manual setting or waiting. A vacuum-based tape transporter holds the glass while processing the edge and removing the coating, reducing the risk of scratching and pressure marks. For construction and interior glazing, household appliances, puzzles and artwork.
