Description
The automated warehouse of the original sheet glass supports an exchange with ERP, inventory accounting and replenishment. The optimization results in the system selecting a desk and delivering it to the loading position. The tasks are designed to account for orders and actual loading of equipment. According to the manufacturer, the co-optimization of the glass at the warehouse increases the material utilization rate by more than 3%.
Locked servo control, laser measurement, Siemens controller and PN network provide accurate positioning.
No return to zero after interruption is required; declared accuracy of movement of 1 mm.
Modular counters accelerate installation, reduce the impact of floor draught and facilitate maintenance.
Mechanical fixation prevents the spontaneous movement of streaks in the storage area.
