Description

The SYNTEC or Hanås CNC control system is selected. An understandable interface and automatic running of the operating cycle.
A 3 - 6 automatic-shift store for the cutting of holes of different diameters.
The table shall be rotated to -90°, 0°, +90° and 45°.
Processing multiple sides for one clamp.
Portal design and a strong, hard standard ensure stability.
Linear bearings and guides provide smooth, accurate travel on X, Y, Z.
The X axis is given by the Cosmetic Rifle, Y and Z by the SVP.
The main parts of the head from iron and high-strength aluminium alloy provide compactness and strength.
Imported high-speed spindle: stable work, low noise and high cutting capacity.
A special prune collection device keeps the workplace clean.
It's possible to have a mobile clamping system.
It is designed to process aluminium and PVC profiles.
