Description
The CNC system is connected to the customer ' s ERP.
Cutting aluminium facade, window, door and plastic profiles.
Lithic pylons reduce vibrations and increase resilience.
The right head is moved by a precision toothbrush: accurate positioning and smooth movement.
Both heads are automatically switched between 45° and 90°.
The angle and length of the cut are automatically set on the opening map.
Import linear bearings provide precision for cutting.
The imported precision spindle engine provides a steady rotation of the disc.
Pneumohydraulic damphation provides a uniform controlled supply.
Automaticly opened protective housing increases safety and comfort.
The device for measuring the profile height.
Automatic profile supports.
The reading of tasks and printing of barcodes ensure traceability from discovery to the following operations.
