Automatic PVC four-corner welding and double-head cleaning line
Description
Four corner welding of PVC frame or coils per cycle with automatic removal to be cleaned.
The two-headed node progressively clears the two pairs of adjacent angles: external weld seams and seals.
The upper and lower clamps shall ensure the smooth surface of the weld.
The five-axle CNC system is exchanged with the welding unit, adjusted to the width of the window and selected a processing programme.
Sensor screen and servo drive control welding, movement and cleaning. Linear and circular interpolation is maintained.
High precision directional and rigid welding system, which facilitates transport.
A replacement instrument made of alloy; automatic blowing removes the cut-off nalo.
